Case Study: Darice

You may be familiar with Darice, one of the largest nationwide craft suppliers with over 45,000 SKUs. Previously restricted to wholesale customers, Darice has recently removed their Tax ID requirement, offering wholesale pricing to makers of all kinds. Here’s a look at how the USA Expo team works with Darice in a variety of ways.

Lead Generation

By definition, lead generation is the process of attracting and converting potential customers and prospects into someone who has indicated interest in your company's product or service. One of the main services that USA Expo provides for Darice is custom lead generation that allows for prioritization and segmentation of potential customers. We create custom surveys for each show and provide iPads and iPad stands that are visible and easy to use.

Pinners Conference

Recently, the USA Expo team assisted Darice at the Pinners Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah. Pinners is a conference held in several cities, featuring 100+ Pinterest-based classes taught by industry professionals. In addition to the iPad lead generation program, we utilized a photo booth at this show that also collected leads. The USA Expo team also assisted with staffing this event.

Pre and Post Show Support

Before the show even started, our team was hard at work with the display design and fabrication, and we also assembled the class kits for two of the classes that Darice taught during the show. We handled all logistics including shipping, setup, drayage and teardown. The USA Expo team also negotiated a contract on behalf of Darice, which allowed for partners with Pinners on custom social posts and emails, increasing the reach and brand awareness for Darice.
